Spiritual Direction

I have been mentoring people in Buddhist-based meditation, practices, and life journeys for twenty-five or more years, and hope that I can support you in your journey. In some cases, I can also refer you to someone who might be a better match for your needs.

Meetings with me are generally one hour, usually by Zoom, but occasionally by phone or in person.

In order for me to be sustainable, I ask that you think of what you might pay an exerienced therapist, life coach, or organizational development consultant for an hour of their time, which might be on a sliding scale from $250 - $100 an hour.
